Accommodation Details
We have a 3 night minimum policy.
Shorter stays will not be accepted.
Monthly reservaitions are given priority. We cannot accept early reservations for short stays such as 3 nights. For such stays, we recommend making reservations within 10 days of your expected arrival.
Water, Gas, Electric are included in the basic room fee.
Each room is equipped with an electric-fan for Summer, and a kerosene-stove in
Winter.
(There is an additional charge for kerosene.)
There is a lump sum payment discount system.

Room rates include basic gas, water and electricity charges. In case of extremely high use, there may be an additional charge.
